

We’re looking for a Practice Manager to help keep A7 running smoothly behind the scenes.
We’re a creative studio with brilliant clients, ambitious projects and plenty going on. We need someone organised, proactive and steady - someone who enjoys bringing structure, clarity and calm to a busy practice. And doesn’t mind sharing the studio with Elvis, our hairy Chief Happiness Officer.
You’ll work closely with the directors, supported by our part-time Practice Secretary, and play a central role across office management, finance administration, systems and day-to-day operations.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- strong on accounts and administration
- highly organised and comfortable taking ownership
- proactive, reliable and solutions-focused
- confident working independently
- good with systems and detail
- familiar with Xero, Workflow Max or similar software (training can be provided)
